Our Restoration Process

Initial Assessment & Mold Inspection

A licensed mold assessor performs a detailed inspection using moisture meters and thermal imaging to identify mold presence and moisture sources. A protocol is created for remediation.

Containment Setup

Containment barriers (like plastic sheeting and zip walls) are installed to isolate affected areas and prevent cross-contamination. Negative air machines (HEPA-filtered) are used to maintain airflow.

Air Filtration & Negative Pressure

HEPA air scrubbers and negative air machines run continuously to filter out airborne mold spores and maintain negative pressure inside the containment zone.

Mold Removal & Disposal

All contaminated materials (e.g., drywall, insulation, carpet) are carefully removed and bagged per IICRC standards. Non-porous materials are cleaned with antimicrobial agents and HEPA-vacuumed.

Cleaning & Antimicrobial Treatment

All surfaces are thoroughly scrubbed and treated with EPA-registered antimicrobial solutions. HEPA vacuums and damp wiping are used to clean remaining settled spores

Post-Remediation Verification (PRV)

A third-party mold assessor performs clearance testing to verify all mold has been successfully removed and air quality is safe. Documentation is provided to the client.

Update to my previous review. Still rated 5 stars for my second experience with One Plus. This time we needed both remediation and reconstruction due to a leak behind a wall. Greg and his team did a great job as they did previously with the remediation work, and Rafael and his team were outstanding with the repairs and reconstruction. They were courteous, easy to work with and knowledgeable and worked with us as far as providing the information we needed for the insurance claim. Everything looks great and they cleaned thoroughly at the end of the job. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I'd like to add my 5 stars to previous customers' reviews. I was so impressed with One Plus, from Greg's initial visit to review and give an estimate all the way through completion. Greg was very thorough in explaining everything, and they started our project within a couple of days. The whole process took 2 days and the crew was courteous and hard-working, and showed me the before and after at various parts of the process. They cleaned up everything afterwards and we are, so far, very pleased with the results. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I highly recommend!

Greg and all of his crews were PHENOMENAL.
We experienced a flood and I had 5 companies out to look and One Plus were far and away were the best from the get go.

I had never had to deal with insurance or restoration before and they took the time 7 days a week to answer questions and help. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire process.

The work they did was incredible. We have brand new beautiful floors and walls and everything looks even better than before.

I could not recommend this company enough if you find yourself in the same unfortunate situation needing immediate assistance. Would give 6 stars if I could.
